FAQ

Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order without registration. We recommend for customers who attend to have only one order. You thing you might be our constant customer we suggest to make an account with us.

I have forgotten my password
Just go to Login and you click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link and you will receive an email shortly reminding you of your password.

How can I pay?
We currently accept only payment in advance. After placing your order you will receive proforma invoice within 1 working day.

How will I know you received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within few minutes of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email please give us a call on 00 386 (0)59 049 860.

Can I change an existing order?
You will receive your confirmation email where you can check ordered products and quantities. If there are any mistakes you just replay to confirmation mail with your changes and we will correct the order.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Your order can be cancelled up before you pay the proforma invoice. Please contact us at info@stular.com or on 00 386 (0)59 049 860. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 20 days of purchase.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery to EU countries: completing orders usually takes 5 – 10 working days and will be delivered by the national postal service in the destination country
Delivery to Rest of World: This may take up to 14 working days and will be delivered by the national postal service in the destination country.

Has my order been dispatched yet?
When we dispatch your order you can see the status of order in your profile under "My orders"

An item is missing from my order
Sometimes we don’t ship everything at the same time. In that case you can see this in your profile under "My orders".

Can I ship to an alternative address?
Office can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. If you wish to take advantage of this service please add the appropriate details during the checkout process.
Once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

There’s something wrong with my order!
